Appointment Booking and Request/Response
We have created several systems for the effective use of the web for scheduling:

• A full featured "live booking" system which provides confirmation of appointments instantly. Requires significant initial setup and persistent web access. Features in-depth "employee-service-price-duration" relationships. Implements a scheduling suggestion engine to ensure efficient automated booking. Includes self-registration, branded interfaces, and email confirmations.
• A more simplified appointment system to allow form-based scheduling requests to be sent via email and responded and archived to via a web based interface. Clients select preferred time and indicate window of availability. Minimal setup is required and it does not require persistent web access.

E-Commerce
We have developed at least a dozen different e-commerce systems from very basic to very sophisticated. Features include:

• Inventory management with multi-distributor shipping systems,
• Wholesale/retail pricing,
• Promotional codes,
• Gift certificates and e-gift certificates,
• Tax/shipping tables,
• Sales territory restrictions,
• Live secure transaction processing,

Content Management Systems (CMS)
Content management is ourmost extensive category of development. We have developed and implemented the following systems:

• Systems to manage the updating, synchronization, and display of all types of digital content including rich text, documents, images, spreadsheets, multimedia, and digitally protected content.
• Browser-based WYSIWYG editor implementation, customization and development implementing the ContentEditable and DesignMode interfaces and Flash-based input systems.
• Large scale site-wide banner management systems with flash, image and external object banners, weighted banner placement, heirarchal precedence/inheritance, and extensive reporting and statistical breakdowns.
• Press release management and file delivery. Implementation of zip compression components to allow uploading of file directories and download packaging.
• Implementation of address geocoding and geographic searching systems with U.S. postal code database, as well as visual map plotting utilizing the Yahoo! and Google mapping API's.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & E-Marketing
We have implemented significant web-based customer relationship management systems focused on the use of email marketing and e-newsletters with the following features:

• Large scale normalized databases supporting millions of related records including client contact records and personal information.
• Import and Export functions for real-time integration with office productivity software.
• Mail merge functions generate PDFs based on Avery label templates for easy printing of mailing lists.

Customer Feedback Systems
Elaborative technologies has developed a web-based survey system allowing the construction of extensive multi-part surveys including:

• Text, multiple choice, scheduling, rating, and custom HTML user input controls.
• Powerful decision-tree logic to create input-sensitive adaptive surveys.
• Automatic input validation and follow up routines including email, interest grouping, and CRM-related functions.

We developed an extensive sales force automation system for a large international manufacturer providing:
