| Michael Cooper manages the oversight and planning of Elaborative business
initiatives and operations, as well as contributing to the development of new
products and applications. His background includes over 30 years of experience
in business development, ownership and management. He has extensive experience
in all areas of business operations, corporate structuring, taxes and payroll,
and related activities. In addition, Mike is a Microsoft Certified Systems
Engineer (MCSE) with an extensive background in Network Design, Troubleshooting
and Planning. Mike has set up and planned dozens of large-scale web
applications and acted as a project manager and operations officer for several
technology corporations before co-founding Elaborative Technologies. Mike's
comprehensive knowledge of business and technology issues combined with his
hands-on role in development is the backbone for the success of the Elaborative
Technologies approach. |

Ryan Cooper is responsible for carrying out all activities relating to
application design and development. His background in graphic design and
multimedia/animation development is paired with in-depth knowledge of
Object-Oriented-Programming (OOP), Relational Database Development, and
Application architecture. Ryan is a Brainbench Certified Internet Professional
(BCIP) with certification on both Web Design and Web Development. Ryan has
planned and execured the development of numerous highly-sophisticated web
applications involving a mixture of all available technologies including
ASP.NET, VisualBasic.NET, Flash MX / ActionScript, Javascript, DHTML, XML, CSS,
and other industry leading languages and technologies. Ryan's balance of design
skills and programming knowledge bring a rare element of unity to Elaborative
Technologies' holistic application design approach. |
